

Route I-676 and Martin Luther King Boulevard

The Route I-676 and Martin Luther King Boulevard transportation project spanned from Route US 30 to North of Chestnut Street in Camden City, Camden County.
This 1 ¼ mile long project called for the widening of four massive bridge structures, the construction of cantilever sign supports, as well as the installation of the prefabricated concrete modular walls (T-WALL).
In addition, the scope of the undertaking also included the placement of concrete retaining walls and the mounting of highway traffic signals along the length of Martin Luther King Boulevard.
The $11.2 million dollar venture started in July of 2005 and was successfully completed, on time in September, 2007.
