| Recently A.P. Construction, Inc. finished an infrastructure project that initiated a series of capital improvement projects at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. The construction took place on the campus' north side of Route 322. Some of the original infrastructure was up to 40 years old and had become overused and antiquated. As a result, A.P. teams were contracted to install new chilled water mains, steam lines, telecommunication lines and electrical conduit along Route 322 and through the campus. The $4.2 million major infrastructure rehabilitation project began May of 2003 and finished in November which was scheduled as a fast track project to ensure completion during the summer months while most students were on break. A.P. crews also replaced much of the cement sidewalks with new decorative brick pavers to ensure a beatified streetscape for students and faculty. |
