| A.P. Construction, Inc., has been installing underground water transmission and distribution piping since 1954. Today A.P. is considered a leading firm in utility excavation, dewatering, shoring and pipe installation. A.P.'s extensive involvement in all aspects of the water distribution and transmission main installation has resulted in the successful completion of many projects, including Philadelphia Suburban Water's Rt. 291 Tranmission Main Project for Philadelphia Water Suburban Corporation (PSW). The job included 5,000 linear feet of 24" ductile iron pipe installation through Essington, Pennsylvania. PSW is one of the largest water utilities in the United States with a supply system made up of more than 4,000 miles of pipe and serves a 508-mile service territory. |
