| Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) serves as the center of the region's
aviation system. This growing hub airport, which provides the vast majority of
scheduled airline service to and from the four-state Philadelphia metro area, is
also planning to increase international flights. Recognizing PHL's capacity for
growth, the City of Philadelphia and US Airways are committed to
expanding the passenger terminals at PHL. A.P. Construction, Inc. was awarded the rehabilitation of the tunnel "E" recirculation road project which consisted of structural restoration to the concrete base, wall and roof sections within the tunnel.
