AP’s efforts for this site development & building project involved demolition and removal
tasks which lead the way for the construction of contemporary park entrances, a little
league baseball field with aluminum bleachers, basketball and tennis courts, a four lane recreational
track, a sizeable drainage system, as well as the installation of sports and pedestrian lighting
and a state of the art scoreboard.
All of the playground surfaces are now concrete and/or asphalt paved with irrigated turf grass.
Also AP installed a chain linked fence with gates and concrete retaining walls that enclose
the complex. The project completely enhanced the neglected playground as well as the surrounding area. |
