| PROJECT DESCRIPTION | |||||||
| "The Walk" is Atlantic City's new highly publicized urban retail and entertainment venue. The project, which lines the Michigan Avenue corridor and covers over eight city blocks, will feature up-scale restaurants, nationally renowned retailers and interactive entertainment in a 320,000 square feet multiplex. The project's site work is being developed by A.P. Construction, Inc., and is designed to be a retail and entertainment complex that joins the Boardwalk-Hotel and Casino district to Atlantic City's Convention Center. To create real streetscapes, A.P. is completing site grading, utilities, paving and architectural finishes. The work performed will enhance the facades and vivid storefront displays. Other amenities include plazas, fountains, kiosks and environmental graphics. "The Walk" will be ready for business in the Summer of 2003. |
