This mission broke ground on October 10, 2004 as A.P. Construction, Inc., the principal Site Developer, commenced the project. The plaza was built on a 44-acre site once used by the U.S. Army Quartermaster Depot and is located at 2300 Oregon Avenue in South Philadelphia. The project work included site demolition, excavation and site utility installation. The entire site development lease space will cover over 540,000 square feet and will be completed in the summer of 2005 |
