| Pier 84 is located on the Philadelphia waterfront between Oregon Avenue and Jackson Street, in Philadelphia, PA. The terminal is primarily used for the receiving and distribution of cocoa beans and cocoa products. Due to a collapse of the North wall and low deck at Pier 84, A.P. Construction, Inc. was called on to provide emergency stabilization of the pier including structural bracing, low water timber deck repairs, pile insertion, pile encapsulation, bent reconstruction, injection grouting, structural concrete repair and foam filled fender installation. |
