| The new NovaCare Center will be the Philadelphia Eagles' ultramodern training facility, providing the Philadelphia Eagles with the largest practice facility in the entire NFL. The training complex includes an indoor Practice Field for which A.P. Construction, Inc., was selected as the general contractor. Cost effective management and meeting an expedited completion schedule were essential factors of this project. The 60,000 square feet steel truss-PVC membrane structure includes a fully equipped ventilation system, bathrooms, field lighting and a 70-yard "sprint-turf" practice surface with indoor heating which will be used by the players during poor weather conditions. It is an impressive example of A.P.'s comprehensive general building capabilities. |
