| PROJECT DESCRIPTION | |||||||
| This general construction project had requirements to complete office
renovations (30,000sf) to the ground and first floors of the Ben Franklin Bridge
administration building, as well as the construction of a five-story stair tower,
the installation of handicapped access ramps and modifications to the gate and security fencing.
The scope of services included building demolition; cutting and patching; site work; excavation; asbestos abatement; concrete work; foundation work; structural steel; metal fabrications; carpentry, door and frames, door hardware; glass & glazing; painting; floor installation; ceiling installation; stair installation; bathroom & shower fixtures; fencing; paving; mechanical; and lastly, plumbing and electrical work. |
