| PROJECT DESCRIPTION | |||||||
| This general construction project had requirements to complete office renovations (30,000sf) to the ground and first floors of the Ben Franklin Bridge administration building, as well as the construction of a five-story stair tower, the installation of handicapped access ramps and modifications to the gate and security fencing. The project was successfully completed in November of 2004. The scope of services included building demolition; cutting and patching; site work; excavation; asbestos abatement; concrete work; foundation work; structural steel; metal fabrications; carpentry, door and frames, door hardware; glass & glazing; painting; floor installation; ceiling installation; stair installation; bathroom & shower fixtures; fencing; paving; mechanical; and lastly, plumbing and electrical work. |
