| PROJECT DESCRIPTION | ||||||||||
| A.P. Construction, Inc. was the general contractor for this 75,000 square foot South Jersey Port Corporation warehouse building project, which will be used to store lumber. The prep-engineered metal bulk-building project involved vast site improvements, foundation piling, the installation of structural concrete slabs, the erection of a steel frame structure, walls & roof panels, in addition to the complete fitting of electrical, HVAC systems, and plumbing throughout the warehouse. The project was successfully completed in November of 2006 and is located at Broadway Terminal in Camden, New Jersey.
