| Recently the national landmark Art Deco building on Fairmount and Pennsylvania Avenue, now known as the Perelman building, was renovated and expanded. The Philadelphia Museum of Art decided to use the building as an annex for new offices, galleries, and storerooms. A.P. Construction, Inc. was selected to perform the entire foundation portion of the renovation efforts. AP's scope of work included:
